The Queensbury High School Weight Room is open to all high school lacrosse players:
Monday through Thursday, 5 PM to 7:30 PM and
Tuesday through Friday, 8 AM to 10 AM
Every player should be LIFTING, RUNNING, and playing WALL BALL, daily!
